Porto Palácio receives a special new menu

This Friday, March 24th, is the day to go out to dinner. The Porto Palácio hotel hosts the second edition of the Gastronomic Cycle and will have a special menu prepared by chef Álvaro Costa.

In the menu you can find dishes prepared with Merceria du Chef products, Minerva preserves and Giroflé wines.

The chef's challenge was to combine all these ingredients. The menu starts with smoked sardines, beetroot and coriander cream. Then the gravlax salmon with mackerel foam on tomatoes and tomatoes. The fish dish is a sea bass and cod in olive oil with leek and saffron vinaigrette. The meat suggestion is veal with olive sauce, turnips and asparagus.

Finally there is brioche of cacao with carrots and a hail of blackberries. The whole meal will be accompanied with Giroflé wines: Loureiro, Alvarinho, Douro DOC Branco and Douro DOC red. Dinner starts at 8pm and costs € 40 per person, with dishes and wine included. Reservations must be made by 226 086 600.
