daTerra is a vegetarian restaurant with organic products that believes that to live healthy is to live off the land. Porto Tasty takes you to discover more about this space.

The Restaurant

The motto is: living well is living off the land. In this space, the products used for the confection of the dishes are bio. Thus, daTerra believes in choosing the best that the land gives us, fresh products, makes healthier meals. They also consider that imagination is the main ingredient of all dishes. 
The 2 restaurants daTerra are pleasant spaces to enjoy a good meal, with attractive prices and various dishes of various colors and flavors.

The biological project of daTerra 

Organic farming has been a rarity, and increasingly daTerra restaurant has remained stuck in healthier production by growing its own produce. 
daTerra's agriculture project allows the restaurant to have greater control over its products, since the entire process to the client's table is controlled by your brand.

Services and Weekly Menu 

For the elaboration of a diverse weekly menu, the chef uses the most varied igredients, from the best vegetables, cereals, legumes, among other ingredients. It's these nutrient-rich products that make restaurant meals truly healthy and delicious. Every day different buffets are prepared and to the taste of each client. 
daTerra's restaurant also offers a practical take-out service. As for the catering serves those events with colors and flavors of vegetarian dishes.

Cooking School 

daTerra's restaurant has a cooking school that conducts culinary courses for all its customers and for all those who are curious to learn what they appreciate most of the kitchen of daTerra. The goal is to share the knowledge of daTerra so that everyone can make healthy and rich meals.

Kimpira Workshop (Saturday, May 13)

Starters: Shitake mushroom tart, carrot and seaweed Canapés de Hummus and sprouts; 
Soup: Beet cream; 
Dishes: Millet and tofu entree (layer of millet puree and cauliflower, carrot and onion kimpira layer, marinated tofu layer and mayonnaise cover) and Poached vegetables Pickles of purple cabbage; 
Dessert: Almond Mousse;
