Hotel Crowne Plaza introduces a menu dedicated to summer flavors

Starting today, the Crowne Plaza Hotel offers a Sunday lunch menu dedicated to the summer flavors.

The suggestion is a buffet served at the Restaurante Poivron Rouge . This Sunday lunch is ideal for families and it will replace, during the summer, the Crowne Plaza brunch. The proposed menu is lighter and ideal for the hot days of summer.

The meal is made by Chef Jorge Sousa, the menu includes show cooking, grilled meat or fish, salads and desserts. This menu is available until August 27th, brunch will be back in September with many new features.

Sunday Lunch Menu

Selection of Simple and Composed Salads: 
Caprese, Niçoise, Caesar, Greek, Beetroot with red berries, Tropical fruits with shrimp, Grilled vegetables with pesto sauce, Tzatziki, Couscous with vegetables, Simple salads, Shot with cold melon soup and crispy ham

Scrambled Eggs and Omelettes of your choice
Accompaniments: Cheese OR Ham OR Mushrooms OR Herbs
